mPAX is BIPOC-led and guided by a diverse group of experts and community members who bring a wealth of experience in social justice, counter-extremism, coalition-building, development, and organizational leadership.
Founding Director
Remaya M. Campbell is an intelligence professional specializing in extremism, information disorder, and emerging technologies. She began her career as an analyst in the CIA Counterterrorism Mission Center and has a Master’s in Peace & Conflict Studies from the University of Otago in New Zealand. Prior to founding mPAX, Remaya worked with NGOs managing multi-community intelligence portfolios. She worked for two AI-powered threat intelligence companies and currently holds a mayoral appointment as Commissioner and Acting Chair of the District of Columbia Homeland Security Commission.
